Welcome to Learning Axis. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.learningaxis.in and the mobile applications published by Learning Axis ("we", "our", "us") — together, the "Services". By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

• You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, scraping content at scale, transmitting malware, or using them in any way that violates applicable law.

2. Mobile Applications

Our apps are distributed through the Google Play Store. Your download and use of any app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Where an app has its own end-user licence agreement or additional terms, those terms apply to that app in addition to these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, software and code — is the property of Learning Axis or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

"Learning Axis" and the Learning Axis logo are trademarks of Learning Axis. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.

4. User Content & Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas (for example, by email to info@learningaxis.in), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them to improve our products and services, without any obligation to you.

Where an app allows you to create or store content, you retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Services may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense and Google AdMob, and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of any third party. Your dealings with advertisers or third parties are solely between you and them.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect and use information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Any educational or informational content provided through the Services is for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learning Axis and its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learning Axis from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) shall survive.

11. Changes to the Services & Terms

We may modify, update or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
